Mr. Taofeeq Ademola Onatunde
Chief Executive Officer, Ecoshield Nigeria Limited
Mr. Taofeeq Ademola Onatunde is an accomplished Analytical and Environmental Chemist with over 25 years of professional experience, including more than 15 years in the Oil & Gas industry. He holds a B.Sc. in Applied Chemistry from the University of Jos and an M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Lagos.
Throughout his career, Mr. Onatunde has held key positions in several leading laboratories and inspection firms, including Jay Laboratories, Alfa Laboratories, Global Inspection Services, and Najco Laboratories, where he rose to the position of General Manager before founding Ecoshield Nigeria Limited.
He is a certified Lead Auditor in ISO 17025 (Laboratory Quality Management Systems) and an expert in environmental consultancy, specializing in Environmental Impact Assessments, Environmental Audits, Oil Spill Investigations, Remediation, Waste Management, and Air Quality Monitoring. His analytical expertise covers petroleum products, soil, water, food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and mineral ores.
Mr. Onatunde is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Analysts of Nigeria (IPAN) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Chemists of Nigeria (ICCON), Chemical Society of Nigeria (CSN), Society of Testing Laboratory Analysts of Nigeria (SoTLAN), and the Nigerian Environmental Society (NES).
